ARTWORK: Send the best artwork available. Black & white camera-ready art with the colors indicated is preferred. Submit design, colors, dimensions or TBW can create a design for you at cost (See Graphic Design Services).

PRODUCTION TIME: The time stated in each section is after artwork is approved and the order has been received.

TERMS: Purchase Order or Deposit of 50% with balance NET 15 Days. No shipping charges on prepaid orders.

OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS: With custom-designed merchandise, a 5% overrun or underrun constitutes order fulfillment and will be billed pro rata.
